Attorney Barbara Finlinson is passionate about providing Utah with exceptional contract, estate planning and family law legal services.

Before starting Standout Legal LLC, she was a law clerk at the Utah County Attorney’s office, Western Electric Coordinating Council (WECC) specializing in energy law.  Barbara was also a prosecutor for Utah County and prosecuted criminal cases in the Utah County Justice Court as well as Utah’s Fourth District Court in Provo, Utah. During that time, she also served as the head prosecuting attorney in Provo’s Fourth District Court Mental Health Court program. 

She was admitted to the Utah State Bar in September of 2018.

Barbara now serves as a judge for two courts, the Juab County Justice Court and the Nephi City Justice Court.
